We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Export Sales Executive to expand our international customer base and drive business growth across global markets. The ideal candidate should have experience in export sales, international client communication, lead conversion, and relationship management, preferably within the ceramic, tiles, sanitaryware, or building materials industry.
Key ResponsibilitiesInternational Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets.
- Generate and qualify export leads through various channels.
- Establish and maintain relationships with importers, distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and project buyers.
- Conduct market research to identify potential countries and customer segments.
Sales & Customer Acquisition
- Handle inquiries from international customers and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and pricing structures for export customers.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close sales deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Client Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing international clients.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and customer support.
- Address customer concerns and coordinate with internal teams for effective resolution.
- Work towards long-term customer retention and repeat business.
Export Coordination
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and documentation teams for smooth order execution.
- Ensure proper handling of export documentation and customer requirements.
- Track shipments and keep customers informed about order status.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor activities and international market trends.
- Provide market feedback to management.
- Suggest strategies for increasing export sales and market penetration.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
