Job Overview
The OBS acts as supply chain representation on a cross-functional brand team that establishes, develops and executes Brand/Business strategies as they relate to Productivity, Profit, Volume and Share
Key Accountabilities

Lead Operations & Technical (O&T) meeting along with the X-functional team to successful deliver all kinds of projects for the market i.e.:

NPI (New Product Innovation)
-
Reno (Product Renovation)
-
HMM (Holistic Margin Management – Cost Savings)
-
Plant moves (Manufacturing Strategy)
-
Develop & maintain project timeline for all projects and share monthly reports (dashboard) for each markets to track progress & highlight risk.

Coordinating with X-functional teams to deliver key project milestones as per timeline which includes :
- Artwork development with marketing,
- Packaging/Product development , as needed with ITQ or Regulatory from LRC
-
OBM/Plant for manufacturing/ COGs related info
-
PQM/FSQs for product quality/audit related info
-
SAP flow creation with D&T etc
-
Work closely with MAT & BDT teams to discuss & align on project timelines, assess risk to reliability of supply, product quality or cost and work with markets to proactively develop solutions.

Early management of emerging Supply Chain issues (eg: inflation, sustainability, resource constraints, Customer led initiatives, strategic sourcing initiatives) and risk management
- Know right questions to ask in business meetings regarding SC implications & knows what information is important to communicate back to other technical partners

Minimum Qualifications
-
Excellent Project Management & Leadership capabilities (with no direct reportees) to lead & influence X-functional team

Strong communication, relationship building, influencing and conflict management skills.

Bias for action and process improvement.

Demonstrated experience in influencing and a good team player

Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
-
5 + years of Experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing, Sourcing and/or Logistics. Preferably with plant experience.
- Good understanding of SC Finance model

Business facing experience helpful

SAP / OMP knowledge helpful
Preferred Qualifications

Masters in Operations / Supply Chain Management
