- Product Knowledge – Maintain awareness of safety standards, features, and benefits of all items.
- Sales & Billing – Handle sales transactions, upsell bundles, and ensure accurate billing.
- Store Maintenance – Keep shelves organized, restock items, and maintain a clean shopping environment.
- Feedback & Loyalty – Collect customer feedback, promote membership/loyalty programs, and build lasting relationships.
