Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our sales team as Business Development Executives. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about sales, communication, and business growth. Candidates will be responsible for generating leads, identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting our IT services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, networking, and social media.
- Reach out to potential clients and schedule meetings or product demonstrations.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions.
- Maintain and update lead information in CRM systems.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture relationships throughout the sales cycle.
- Collaborate with the technical team to prepare proposals and project estimates.
- Participate in sales campaigns, events, and business networking activities.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technology solutions, and market opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of sales and business development concepts.
- Willingness to learn IT services and technology solutions.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and growth mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
