Network Engineer
Location: Byculla East, Mumbai

Working Hours: 10:15 AM – 7:15 PM
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Network Engineer to manage and maintain our organization's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in network administration, server setup, troubleshooting, system security, and user support.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and configure software and hardware (servers, printers, workstations, etc.)
- Set up and maintain LAN/WAN networks
- Create and implement network policies
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and passwords
- Configure and maintain servers
- Install and manage antivirus and system security
- Diagnose and resolve network and server issues
- Perform regular network maintenance and backups
- Provide technical support to employees
- Train staff on new systems and IT processes
- Monitor daily network performance and usage
- Maintain IT asset inventory and user records
- Recommend and implement IT infrastructure improvements
- Ensure IT systems comply with industry standards
- Coordinate and supervise helpdesk activities
Requirements
- 4–5 years of relevant experience as a Network Engineer or System Administrator
- Hands-on experience with server installation and configuration
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Firewall)
- Experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
Qualification
- Graduation in any discipline
- Degree/Diploma in Computer Networking, IT, Computer Science, or a related field
