Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join a growing IT company. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, branding, and visual storytelling, with the ability to create engaging digital and print creatives that align with the company's marketing and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design creative graphics for social media, websites, digital campaigns, and marketing materials
- Create brochures, banners, presentations, infographics, and promotional assets
- Develop branding and visual identity materials
- Collaborate with the marketing, content, and development teams to deliver high-quality designs
- Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and marketing creatives
- Ensure consistency in brand guidelines across all design outputs
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and industry best practices
- Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines
- Revise designs based on feedback and project requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW, Canva, and Figma (or similar design tools)
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, or UI/UX design will be an added advantage
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and visual communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
