Nexton Learning Pvt Ltd is looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecalling Executives to join our growing team. The role involves calling prospective students, explaining our AI-integrated job-oriented courses, following up on enquiries, and assisting candidates throughout the admission process.
Key Responsibilities
Contact prospective students from provided leads.
Explain courses and career opportunities clearly.
Follow up with interested candidates.
Schedule counselling sessions and office visits.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Coordinate with the admissions team.
Requirements
Excellent communication skills in Malayalam.
Basic English communication skills.
Good telephone etiquette and convincing ability.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Google Sheets/CRM).
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
