Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and contributing to the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Schedule meetings and presentations with potential clients.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM/Excel.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email communication.
- Self-motivated and result-oriented mindset.
Qualification
- Any Graduate / Post Graduate.
- MBA (Marketing/HR) preferred but not mandatory.
