- Ensure proper implementation and rollout of Voice Logger systems (Landline & Mobile Call Recording) across all branches and franchisees. This includes installation of recording software/mobile logger applications, user creation, and configuration of storage paths for voice recordings.
- Provide training to branch and franchisee teams on order reconciliation processes between cloud-based voice recordings and client pre-orders executed on Trade Tiger / Exchange platforms.
- Attend to and resolve all technical queries and issues related to Mobile Call Recording, Landline Call Recording, and IVR BOT (160/140) services in line with TRAI/SEBI guidelines.
- Manage system maintenance activities including release management, installation of patches, system upgrades, weekend sanity checks, and perform after-hours support as required.
- Visit branches and franchisees as and when required for on-site support and issue resolution.
- Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve critical issues in the voice recording and IVR BOT systems on priority, with timely escalation to management.
- Ensure timely and complete restoration of all voice recordings and related data files to the Head Office server.
- Monitor and follow up with branches/franchisees regarding system shutdowns, faulty equipment, and device/server malfunctions.
- Prepare periodic MIS reports on voice recording pre-reconciliation with order files and escalate cases of low reconciliation percentage to the Business Head and senior management.
- Coordinate with vendors and the internal IT team for dependent activities such as database maintenance, vulnerability assessments, Windows server patching, and other infrastructure-related tasks.
- Manage and maintain EPABX / telephone lines across all Pan-India branches and franchisees. Coordinate with regional engineers for local technical support and provide training to front-desk staff on telephony processes and best practices.
- Stay updated with industry developments, new products, and best practices in voice recording, IVR, and telephony solutions through research, articles, and vendor interactions.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
