Job Purpose:
The ley purpose of this role is to be part of team to source new MSME - DSA partners, drive end to end process of partner onboarding, relationship and key account management, understand partnership ecosystem & stages to unlock partnership value, develop and implement acquisition strategies to create demand and understand customer portfolio to device segment wise strategy while maintaining the organizational goals on profitability and growth. Responsible for achieving sales targets through the DSA network by recruiting, training, and managing DSAs, ensuring compliance, and building strong relationships with both channel partners and internal teams.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Sales and Target Achievement: Drive and monitor sales performance for Unsecured Business Term Loans to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets
- Channel Partner Management: Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage a network of DSAs and channel partners. Nurture strong relationships to ensure a consistent flow of quality leads and business referrals.
- Team Leadership: Motivate and train DSA staff, conducting regular performance reviews and huddles.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee the entire sales process from application to disbursement, coordinating with internal credit, operations teams to ensure seamless workflow and timely turnaround times (TATs).
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all sales activities and documentation adhere to internal policies, as well as regulatory guidelines (e.g., RBI norms). Monitor for fraud and mis-selling to maintain a healthy approval ratio.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and refine sales strategies.
- Customer Relationship Management: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing queries and issues promptly and maintaining strong relationships throughout the sales cycle.
Reporting: Prepare and present accurate reports and performance analysis on sales, approvals, rejections, and payouts to senior management.

b) Work Experience
§ Minimum 8-12 years’ experience and prior experience in building and managing DSA partnerships in the MSME ecosystem, with strong networking abilities and a strategic mindset.
Superior First Principal Thinking / problem solving skills, building robust frameworks, excellent communication (verbal / written) and experience to manage CXO level stakeholders.
