Job Summary
The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging designs that support the company’s branding, employee communication, recruitment, marketing, and production-related awareness initiatives. The role involves designing digital and print materials while maintaining brand consistency across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design company posters, banners, and infographics for internal and external communication.
- Create recruitment advertisements, employee engagement creatives, and HR awareness materials.
- Develop social media posts, festival greetings, birthday posters, and event creatives.
- Design product catalogs, brochures, flyers, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Prepare safety awareness posters, PPE guidelines, quality awareness, and workplace discipline graphics.
- Create multilingual designs in English, Tamil, and Hindi as per company requirements.
- Ensure all designs follow the company's branding guidelines, colors, and logo usage.
- Edit and enhance photographs, logos, and marketing materials using professional software.
- Coordinate with HR, Management, and Production departments to understand design requirements.
- Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with printing vendors when required.
- Design digital assets for LED displays, notice boards, websites, and social media platforms.
- Create visual content for employee welfare campaigns, health awareness, and compliance communications.
- Maintain an organized library of design files, templates, and brand assets.
- Stay updated with current design trends and suggest innovative creative concepts.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Canva, and Adobe InDesign.
- Knowledge of video editing tools such as Premiere Pro or After Effects is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding principles.
- Ability to create infographics and marketing materials with excellent visual appeal.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and creativity.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Educational Qualification
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or related field.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in graphic designing.
- Experience in the textile or garment industry is preferred.
