Role Summary
We are hiring a dedicated Business Development Manager to own outbound client acquisition — finding, contacting, and booking meetings with fashion brands, couture houses, and designers across our target markets (UK, Europe, Middle East, USA, Australia). This is a high-volume, high-discipline outreach role: your job is to consistently fill our founder's calendar with qualified conversations, not to close deals yourself. You will be the engine behind our growth pipeline.
What You'll Do
* Identify and research target brands from our master brand list (1,000+ companies across couture, bridal, RTW, and resort segments)
* Find the right contact at each brand — production, sourcing, design, or studio leads — using LinkedIn, company websites, and contact databases
* Run structured outreach sequences via email and LinkedIn — initial contact, follow-ups, and re-engagement — following our established messaging templates
* Personalize every message with brand-specific detail; this is relationship-building outreach, not mass email
* Log every touchpoint, response, and status change in our CRM/tracker without exception
* Qualify inbound interest and schedule meetings directly onto the founder's calendar
* Maintain and grow our BD Outreach tracker — flag any A-tier brand that's gone cold for 21+ days
* Represent Manira Exports professionally in all written and verbal communication with international clients
* Report weekly on outreach volume, response rates, and meetings booked
What We're Looking For
* 1–4 years of experience in business development, sales development (SDR/BDR), or B2B outreach — fashion/textile industry experience is a strong plus but not required
* Excellent written English — your emails and LinkedIn messages represent our brand to designers and couture houses globally
* Comfortable with high-volume, repetitive outreach work and consistent daily follow-through
* Strong organizational discipline — nothing falls through the cracks, every contact is tracked
* Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, or outreach platforms (training provided if not)
* Self-starter who doesn't need micromanagement to hit weekly outreach targets
Pay: Up to ₹90,000,000.00 per year
