Job Description-Design control and data flow diagrams, network architecture, and project datasheets for actuators and sensors.
Select and configure VFDs, PLCs, HMIs, servos, and switchgear for control and protection.
Create field architecture, power distribution layouts, electrical wiring diagrams, and control panel layouts.
Develop and release operation and maintenance manuals, HMI SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and I/O lists.
Qualification - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Additional certifications in control systems or electrical design are a plus.
Experience: Sr. Engineer 3 to 4 years
Skills-Automation systems design, and electrical schematics
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work in a team and lead projects effectively
Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to automation
Familiarity with industry standards, such as IEEE, IEC, or UL.
Proficiency in CAD design tools, such as AutoCAD, E plan.- with 2year exp.
Software Knowledge: Excel, word, flowchart.
Knowledge for controlling the devices like PLC , VFD, Servo, Scanning System.
Knowledge of PCC, MCC, PMCC panels working principle
Key Roles and Responsibilities -Design complexity: Design and develop complex electrical systems, including multiple voltage levels, power distribution systems, and control systems.
Design accuracy: 95% of designs meet the required specifications and standards.
Design reuse: Achieve a design reuse rate of 30% or higher, by leveraging existing designs and modifying them for new projects.
With in team members on collaboration and communication.
Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on design best practices and technical skills.
Leadership: Lead small design projects or teams, and demonstrate leadership skills, such as project planning, coordination, and communication.
Pay: ₹30,000.38 - ₹80,022.90 per month
