Job Role: Business Development Executive

Position Overview:
As a Business Development Executive at Brainy n Bright Edutech Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, generating leads, building strategic relationships, and converting prospects into long-term clients. The role involves promoting Brainy n Bright's STEM education programs, including Robotics, Coding, Artificial Intelligence (AI), 3D Design & Printing, and Innovation Labs, to schools, educational institutions, corporate organizations, and parents across India.
You will play a key role in expanding the company's presence by developing new business partnerships, achieving revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and referrals.
- Generate qualified leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through consistent follow-ups.
- Schedule and conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations with schools, educational institutions, corporate organizations, and prospective clients.
- Promote Brainy n Bright's STEM programs, after-school programs, innovation labs, robotics competitions, summer camps, teacher training, and educational solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with school principals, administrators, decision-makers, parents, and corporate partners.
- Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements based on client requirements.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the Academic, Operations, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth onboarding and successful execution of projects.
- Maintain accurate customer information, sales activities, and opportunity tracking using CRM systems.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, pipeline updates, revenue forecasts, and performance reports.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets assigned by the management.
- Participate in educational exhibitions, conferences, workshops, networking events, and promotional activities to generate business opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new growth opportunities.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and build long-term client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
- Represent Brainy n Bright professionally while maintaining the company's brand values and service standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Inside Sales, or Educational Sales.
- Experience in EdTech, Education, Robotics, STEM, Training, or Technology Sales will be preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, school visits, exhibitions, and business events whenever required.
