What You'll Do
- Identify and make cold calls to generate new business opportunities.
- Should Have atleast 2 years Experience in Telesales.
- Collect leads from online platforms, agencies, existing customers, ASM, and other sources.
- Use company-provided sales scripts to promote services and respond to customer queries.
- Generate potential leads and fix appointments for field sales teams and agencies.
- Call customers and agencies to collect feedback and references.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets with respect to call volume and sales.
- Ensure all Channel Partners remain active and contribute to business growth.
- Achieve business targets as per KRA and KPI.
- Provide support and work collaboratively with other members of the sales team to achieve team objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

- Escalating customer complaints to supervisors for quality control
