Must-Have**
(Ideally should not be
more than 3-5) · Cobol and JCL based development experience with strong technical skills · Good DB2 and SQL skills on mainframe DB2 or UDB · Good Analytical and logical reasoning skill · Ability to work independently on tasks and handling customer communication
Good-to-Have · Lead a project, independently work with customers. · CICS knowledge
SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
· As a Mainframe Develoeper, the role would involve participation in the Agile Ceremonies to gather Customer requirement and accordingly Design, Develop, Support and Maintain the Customer’s Mainframe application · Independently handle customer communication · Report Status and progress promptly back to customer · Mentor and guide juniors in the team on technical skills
