Role Objective
To drive revenue through active business development, strong client handling, and disciplined sales execution, while building a predictable pipeline and contributing to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development (Primary Focus)
- Generate new leads through:
- Corporate outreach
- Networking
- Referrals
- Site visits
- Identify decision-makers and initiate conversations
- Build a consistent pipeline of opportunities
2. Sales Execution
- Understand client requirements
- Create proposals with internal teams
- Present solutions and close deals
- Negotiate pricing while protecting margins
3. Client Relationship Management
- Manage key accounts post-closure
- Drive repeat business and referrals
- Ensure smooth coordination with execution teams
4. Pipeline & Reporting Discipline
- Maintain CRM and track all leads
- Provide weekly pipeline updates
- Ensure timely follow-ups
5. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with:
- Design team
- Operations team
- Ensure feasibility and quality of delivery
6. Contribution to Growth
- Share market feedback
- Identify new opportunities (corporate, events, gifting)
Candidate Profile
- 5–9 years in B2B / corporate sales
- Proven ability to:
- Generate leads
- Close deals
- Polished candidate with strong communication & negotiation skills
- High ownership and self-driven
- Experience from events / decor / services/ luxury/ weddings/ floral design cos./ hospitality/ entertainment preferred
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
