We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Customer Support Executive to join our team. As the first point of contact for customers, you will play a vital role in ensuring their satisfaction and success with our products.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Customer Inquiries: Handle customer inquiries across multiple communication channels (Phone, Email, Social Media) in a timely and professional manner.
- Issue Resolution: Provide effective solutions to customer issues, from basic queries to complex concerns, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Order Management: Assist with order-related queries, track shipments, process returns or exchanges and manage customer accounts.
- Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions, issues and solutions in our CRM system for future reference and continuous improvement.
- Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback on customer trends and suggest improvements to customer support processes, scripts or product features.
Required Candidate Profile:
- Experience: Previous experience in customer support or customer service is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written English communication skills. Ability to speak Hindi is a must.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze problems, think critically and offer effective solutions.
- Technical Skills: Comfortable using customer support software (e.g., Zohodesk, Freshdesk or similar) and Microsoft office.
- Empathy: Patience and empathy in dealing with customers, understanding their concerns, and making their experience as positive as possible.
