Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Tele Caller with good English communication skills to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, providing information about products and services, and maintaining positive customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain company products and services clearly and professionally.
- Answer customer questions and resolve basic queries.
- Follow up with customers regarding inquiries and sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and support teams when required.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to persuade and engage customers effectively.
- Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
