We are looking for a PCD Team Leader -Who will lead a sales team, manage and expand our market presence.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and motivate a team of PCD sales executives to hit targets.
Network Expansion: Identify and onboard new PCD franchise partners and distributors.
Client Relations: Support existing franchise partners and resolve operational queries.
Market Growth: Monitor competitor trends and implement sales strategies.
Requirements
Experience: 2–4 years in Pharma PCD sales, with 1+ years leading a team.
Education: B.Pharm or Graduate in Business/Marketing.
Skills: Excellent negotiation, team management, and communication skills
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
