Ground-Mount Solar Department: Project Management / EPC Reports To: Project Manager CTC: up to 40k Key Responsibilities Coordinate electrical installation activities for ground-mount solar PV projects. Review electrical drawings, single-line diagrams (SLDs), layouts, and specifications. Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. Track project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly status reports. Coordinate procurement and ensure the timely delivery of electrical materials and equipment. Support quality inspections, testing, commissioning, and energization activities. Identify project risks, delays, and technical issues, and escalate them to the Project Manager/Management Maintain project documentation, inspection reports, and as-built drawings. Coordinate punch list completion and project closeout activities. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in electrical construction or utility-scale ground-mount solar PV projects. Understanding of DC and AC electrical systems, inverters, transformers, switchgear, MV/LV distribution, and SCADA systems. Required Skills Strong project coordination and organizational skills. Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical documents. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment. Working Conditions Combination of office and construction site work. Frequent travel to project sites may be required. Accuracy and completeness of project documentation
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Delhi
