Department: Growth – Dr. Channel
Responsibilities:
- Hospital Events & Coordination Coordinate and support health camps, screenings, and wellness events at partner hospitals. Oversee on-ground operations, assist patient flow, and identify potential leads. Share brief event summaries and outcomes. Doctor Engagement & Referral Development Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors and clinic staff. Conduct regular field visits to ensure doctors understand the AI-based technology and referral workflow. Consistently extract quality referrals and respond to doctor’s expectations. In-House Patient Counselling Counsel walk-ins, event-based leads, and hospital-generated leads on the AI-driven program. Explain program benefits, process, and pricing to maximize conversions. Document all conversations, updates, and progress in the CRM. Coordination & Reporting Work closely in internal operations teams for smooth onboarding. Submit daily activity updates including doctor visits, referrals, counselling, and conversions. Maintain disciplined follow-up and drive monthly enrollment achievements. Revenue Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets assigned for the Dr. Channel vertical.
