We're Hiring: Senior Brand Manager, Siliguri (with Bangalore & Sikkim presence)

The Role:
We're looking for a Social Media Manager who can think in ideas, not just posts — someone who can turn a brand into an ongoing conversation across platforms, and who's as comfortable with a content calendar as they are with a comment section. This is an oversight role: you will be responsible for social media across every brand the agency works with, not a single account, and will need to work closely within teams — design, video, and account management — to keep every brand's voice consistent and on schedule.

Compensation: ₹30,000+ (Commensurate with experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee social media strategy and execution across every brand and client the agency works with — not a single account, the full roster.
- Plan and execute content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms for multiple clients at once.
- Write and coordinate copy, captions, and content ideas that match each brand's individual voice.
- Work within cross-functional teams — design, video, and account management — to brief, review, and schedule content across all accounts.
- Track performance across platforms and translate analytics into clear recommendations, brand by brand.
- Stay on top of platform trends, formats, and algorithm shifts — and bring fresh ideas before we have to ask for them.
- Manage day-to-day community engagement — comments, DMs, and audience interaction — in each brand's voice.
- Coordinate with the digital marketing team on paid social and ad campaign support where needed.
What We're Looking For:
- 4+ years of experience in an advertising or marketing agency — agency-side experience is essential for this role, not brand-side alone.
- Proven ability to work within teams — this role sits at the intersection of design, video, and account management, and requires close daily collaboration, not solo output.
- Strong writing skills — you can adapt tone across very different brands without losing clarity.
- Working knowledge of scheduling tools, basic analytics dashboards, and platform best practices.
- An eye for what makes content stop the scroll, not just fill the calendar.
- Comfortable managing multiple brands and priorities at once — this role oversees the agency's full client roster.
- A portfolio or live examples of social content you've built or managed.
