We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing buildings while ensuring projects meet client requirements, building regulations, and budget constraints.
Responsibilities
- Design architectural concepts, plans, and layouts for residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects
- Prepare detailed drawings, 3D models, and specifications
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and project managers
- Ensure designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations
- Conduct site visits and oversee construction progress
- Review project feasibility, materials, and cost estimates
- Modify designs according to client feedback and project requirements
- Manage project timelines and documentation
