Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Purchase Entry Executive to manage purchase-related data entry and documentation. The candidate will be responsible for entering purchase bills, maintaining records, verifying invoices, and supporting the purchase/accounts team in daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Enter purchase invoices and bills into the system accurately.
- Verify purchase entries with invoices, delivery notes, and purchase orders.
- Maintain proper records of suppliers, invoices, and stock-related documents.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments regarding purchase details.
- Check quantities, rates, and tax details before data entry.
- Prepare daily and monthly purchase reports.
- Assist in stock reconciliation and inventory updates.
- Ensure all purchase records are updated and filed properly.
- Support the accounts and purchase team in routine office tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software/Tally.
- Good typing speed and data entry accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of GST and invoice processing.
- Familiarity with ERP or inventory management software.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
