Academic Leadership:
· Plan, implement, and review the subject curriculum in alignment with school and board guidelines.
· Ensure effective lesson planning and delivery across all classes.
· Maintain consistency in teaching standards and methodologies.
Teacher Management:
· Supervise, mentor, and support subject teachers.
· Conduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive feedback.
· Assist in teacher training, development, and performance evaluation.
Curriculum & Assessment:
· Design and review question papers, worksheets, and assessment tools.
· Ensure timely completion of syllabus and proper academic planning.
· Analyze student performance and implement improvement strategies.
Student Development:
· Monitor academic progress of students and address learning gaps.
· Support remedial programs and enrichment activities.
· Encourage participation in subject-related competitions and activities.
Coordination & Communication:
· Coordinate with school leadership, coordinators, and other departments.
· Communicate effectively with parents regarding student performance when required.
· Organize subject meetings and maintain documentation.
Administrative Responsibilities:
· Maintain academic records, reports, and documentation.
· Ensure compliance with school policies and academic standards.
· Assist in timetable planning and resource allocation.
Qualifications & Skills:
· Master’s degree in the relevant subject (B.Ed. preferred).
· Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience; leadership experience preferred.
· Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills.
· Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
· Familiarity with modern teaching tools and technology.
