Job Description
RoomAdda is hiring a D2C Acquisition Specialist to drive customer acquisition by onboarding students and working professionals looking for PGs and rental accommodations. If you enjoy meeting people, achieving targets, and working in the field, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
- Convert customer leads.
- Promote RoomAdda through field and digital outreach.
- Drive app downloads, sign-ups, and bookings.
- Maintain lead records in CRM.
- Achieve weekly and monthly acquisition targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (BBA, B.Com or any graduate).
- Freshers & experienced candidates can apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic MS Office knowledge.
- Willing to travel locally.
Salary & Benefits
- ₹16,000-24,000/month during probation (Fixed + Incentives).
- ₹3–3.5 LPA after confirmation.
- Performance incentives up to ₹10,000/month and ₹50,000/quarter.
