Job Description: HR Trainee
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Trainee to join our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals starting their HR career. The HR Trainee will gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR administration, and maintaining employee records, while supporting day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews with candidates.
- Coordinate interview logistics and communicate with applicants.
- Support employee onboarding and orientation activities.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare HR-related documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding checklists.
- Assist in attendance tracking and leave management.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and company events.
- Help ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Generate HR reports and maintain documentation as required.
- Perform other administrative and HR-related tasks assigned by the HR team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR (completed or pursuing) is an added advantage.
