Role Objective
The Field Executive is responsible for generating high-quality leads and increasing brand visibility for Capital Estates. This role involves direct fieldwork, interacting with potential customers, and promoting real estate projects across various locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit high-traffic locations such as malls, theatres, shopping complexes, and residential areas to generate leads
- Approach and interact with potential customers to explain project details
- Conduct outreach in schools, colleges, corporate offices, and government institutions
- Arrange and participate in small meetings or presentations with interested clients
- Identify and explore new areas for marketing activities like canopy setups and flyer distribution
- Maintain accurate records of leads and daily field activities
- Submit daily reports to the Sales / Telecasting team
- Build relationships with local contacts, vendors, and influencers for lead generation
Required Profile Education
Experience
- 0–1 years in Field Sales / Marketing (Freshers can also apply)
Skills
- Strong communication skills in Tamil
- Good interpersonal and convincing ability
- Basic understanding of sales process

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
