The CCTV Camera Operator is responsible for monitoring surveillance cameras and security systems throughout the mall to ensure the safety of customers, tenants, employees, and property. The operator will identify suspicious activities, respond to security incidents, and maintain accurate records of observations and events.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor live CCTV camera feeds and security systems continuously.
- Detect and report suspicious activities, theft, vandalism, safety hazards, or unauthorized access.
- Coordinate with security guards and management during emergencies or incidents.
- Maintain incident logs and prepare daily reports.
- Review recorded footage when requested for investigations.
- Ensure CCTV equipment is functioning properly and report technical issues.
- Follow mall security policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Assist law enforcement or management by providing footage when authorized.
- Monitor fire alarms, access control systems, and other security equipment where applicable.
- Maintain confidentiality of surveillance information.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a CCTV operator, security operator, or surveillance monitor preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to remain alert and focused for extended periods.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of security procedures and emergency response protocols.

Experience
- 1–3 years of CCTV monitoring or security operations experience preferred.
Pay: ₹12,400.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
