Job Summary
The Senior Architect will lead architectural design and project execution activities, ensuring that projects meet client requirements, regulatory standards, quality expectations, and project timelines. The role involves managing design teams, coordinating with consultants, clients, and site teams, and overseeing projects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural planning, design development, and project execution.
- Prepare and review conceptual designs, working drawings, and detailed construction drawings.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, structural engineers, MEP teams, and contractors.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes, regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Conduct design reviews and provide technical guidance to the architectural team.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
- Review and approve material selections, specifications, and shop drawings.
- Attend client meetings, site visits, and project review meetings.
- Resolve design and construction-related issues during project execution.
- Mentor and supervise junior architects and design staff.
- Support tender documentation, project estimates, and consultant coordination.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in architectural design and project management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and MS Office.
- Excellent knowledge of building regulations, NBC standards, and construction practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture.
- Registration with the Council of Architecture (Preferred).
- Experience in residential, commercial, institutional, or mixed-use projects.
- Knowledge of sustainable and green building practices will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
