Job Summary
2050 Healthcare is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive patient acquisition and business growth for its Rehabilitation Centre in Lucknow. The individual will be responsible for increasing IPD (In-Patient Department) and OPD (Out-Patient Department) admissions by building a strong referral network, developing strategic partnerships, and promoting rehabilitation services among healthcare stakeholders.
The role requires a proactive professional who can generate patient referrals, enhance brand visibility, and achieve business targets through effective relationship management and market development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Patient Acquisition
Drive monthly IPD and OPD patient acquisition targets.
Develop and execute business strategies to increase occupancy and patient footfall.
Identify new business opportunities to expand rehabilitation services.
Build sustainable referral channels to generate patient admissions.
Referral Network Development
Develop and maintain relationships with:
Hospitals and nursing homes
Orthopaedic surgeons
Neurologists and neurosurgeons
Physiotherapists
General physicians
Critical care specialists
Discharge coordinators
Home healthcare providers
Insurance companies and TPAs
NGOs and senior citizen associations
IPD Business Development
Increase rehabilitation centre bed occupancy.
Generate referrals for post-surgery, stroke, spinal cord injury, trauma, and long-term rehabilitation patients.
Coordinate with hospitals for patient transfers and continuity of care.
Ensure a seamless transition from hospital discharge to rehabilitation admission.
OPD Business Development
Increase walk-in consultations and therapy sessions.
Promote physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, psychological counselling, and rehabilitation programs.
Conduct awareness programs to educate communities about rehabilitation services.
Build recurring patient engagement programs.
Corporate & Community Outreach
Establish partnerships with corporates, educational institutions, residential communities, and NGOs.
Organize health camps, rehabilitation awareness programs, and wellness sessions.
Promote preventive and recovery-focused healthcare programs.
Marketing & Brand Promotion
Execute local marketing initiatives to improve brand awareness.
Coordinate with digital marketing teams for lead generation campaigns.
Represent 2050 Healthcare at conferences, healthcare events, and networking forums.
Stakeholder Management

Reporting & MIS
Maintain daily patient lead trackers.
Monitor referral conversion rates.
Prepare weekly and monthly business performance reports.
Present market insights and growth opportunities to management.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field.
MBA (Marketing/Healthcare Management) preferred.
Experience
3–7 years of experience in healthcare business development, hospital marketing, rehabilitation services, or home healthcare.
Experience in handling IPD and OPD business generation is mandatory.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
