Office Administration and management - office of Practicing Company Secretary and includes the following tasks
- Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Supervise and coordinate office staff, assigning duties and monitoring performance.
- Develop and implement office policies, systems, and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Manage office budgets, expenses, and procurement of supplies and equipment.
- Maintain and organize office records, correspondence, and filing systems (digital and physical).
- Draft, review, and manage official communications including letters, emails, memos, and reports.
- Handle client communication and relationships through phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Coordinate internal projects and inter-departmental workflows to ensure timely completion.
- Prepare and present management reports, meeting minutes, and performance summaries.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, confidentiality standards, and regulatory requirements.
