Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Executive – Warehouse to manage warehouse operations, inventory control, and supply chain activities. The role involves coordinating with vendors, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods while maintaining accurate inventory records and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching materials.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records in ERP/WMS systems.
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams for timely movement of goods.
- Ensure proper documentation of inward and outward shipments.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and warehouse reports.
- Conduct periodic stock audits and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Track shipments and coordinate with transporters to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards.
- Monitor stock aging and minimize inventory losses or damages.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers regarding deliveries and material availability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Identify opportunities to improve warehouse and supply chain efficiency.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of supply chain and warehouse operations.
- Inventory management and stock control.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, basic formulas).
- Experience with ERP/WMS software (SAP, Oracle, Tally, Zoho, etc. – if applicable).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 0-1 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory, or supply chain operations.
- Freshers with relevant internships may also be considered (optional).
Preferred Experience
- Experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, dispatch planning, or logistics coordination.
- Experience working in manufacturing, retail, e-commerce, FMCG, or distribution environments.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
