Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Google & Meta ad campaigns for international e-commerce and service-based clients.
- Develop and refine paid advertising strategies focused on ROI and profitability.
- Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, ad copy creation, audience targeting, and bid optimisation.
- Execute and monitor Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns on a daily basis.
- Track and analyse campaign performance, and share clear weekly/monthly reports with insights and recommended actions.
- Run A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and ad copy to improve conversion performance.
- Set up and manage tracking, conversions, remarketing, and attribution models in coordination with the tech/analytics team.
- Use AI tools such as Claude Code, Claude AI, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar platforms to improve campaign setup, analysis, reporting, and optimisation efficiency.
Must-Have Requirements
- Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads, with proven performance results.
- Experience with international e-commerce and service-based projects.
- Good understanding of AI tools for ad creation, workflow support, reporting, and optimisation.
- Practical exposure to tools such as Claude Code, Claude AI, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar AI platforms as part of day-to-day marketing work.
- Proficiency in GA4, GTM, Meta Business Suite, and performance tracking.
- Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
