Key Roles & Responsibilities
Customer Handling & Service
- Welcome customers politely and assist them throughout their shopping experience.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products accordingly.
- Present products attractively and explain fabric, design, pricing, and offers clearly.
- Maintain positive customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer queries professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Support customers in trial selection, matching items, and styling suggestions.
Sales Responsibilities
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets assigned by supervisors.
- Promote upselling and cross-selling of products.
- Inform customers about ongoing offers, discounts, and campaigns.
- Encourage repeat visits through good customer interaction and service.
- Support conversion of walk-in customers into successful sales.
Product Presentation & Section Maintenance
- Arrange products neatly and maintain showroom display standards.
- Ensure racks, shelves, and counters are properly organized.
- Refill displayed items and maintain product availability in the section.
- Assist in visual merchandising activities during festivals and campaigns.
- Keep the assigned section clean and customer-ready at all times.
Discipline & Professionalism
- Maintain punctuality, grooming, and professional behavior.
- Follow showroom rules, policies, and customer service standards.
- Avoid unnecessary mobile usage during working hours.
- Maintain a positive attitude and teamwork culture.
Required Skills

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
