This position is for our Toothbrush Manufacturing Unit based at Ludhiana
Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Graduate
Job Location:
Sahnewal – Dehlon Road Paddi
Ludhiana
Experience: 1–5 years of experience in blister packing machine operations, preferably in toothbrush, pharma, FMCG, plastic, or consumer goods manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor blister packing machines for toothbrush packaging.
- Perform machine setup, changeovers, and parameter adjustments as per production requirements.
- Ensure proper loading of blister materials, backing cards, cartons, and other packaging materials.
- Conduct routine quality checks to ensure correct sealing, product placement, coding, and packaging appearance.
- Maintain production records, machine logs, and packaging documentation.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and coordinate with the maintenance team for machine breakdowns.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and housekeeping standards on the packaging line.
- Minimize packaging wastage and support achievement of production targets.
