Job Summary
AMBROSIA BAKE HOUSE is looking for a dedicated and experienced Outlet Incharge to oversee the daily operations of the outlet. The ideal candidate should be capable of leading a team, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining inventory, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day outlet operations.
- Supervise, guide, and motivate outlet staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
- Monitor sales, inventory, and stock levels.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Coordinate with the production and management teams.
- Prepare daily sales and operational reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
Qualifications (Education)
- Any Graduate preferred.
- Plus Two with relevant experience may also apply.
Experience Required
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry or a similar retail environment.
- Previous experience as an Outlet Incharge, Supervisor, or Team Leader is preferred.
Skills Required
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
- Inventory and stock management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
