Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic, persuasive, and results-driven Telecaller to join our growing team. As the first point of contact for aspiring doctors and their parents, you will be responsible for handling inquiries, explaining our consultancy services, and guiding prospects into our sales funnel. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to generate interest in our MBBS study programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Outreach: Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents using leads generated from digital marketing campaigns and databases.
- Inquiry Management: Handle inbound calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails, acting as the primary point of contact to resolve basic queries regarding course details, fee structures, and admission procedures.
- Consultative Pitching: Briefly educate prospects on the advantages of studying MBBS abroad, basic eligibility criteria (such as NEET requirements), and potential career pathways.
- Appointment Setting: Persuade interested candidates to book detailed, in-person, or virtual counseling sessions with our senior admission counselors.
- Lead Nurturing & Follow-ups: Maintain a systematic follow-up schedule to nurture warm leads and guide them through the enrollment process.
- Data Management: Accurately record all customer interactions, call outcomes, and follow-up notes in the company CRM/Excel on a daily basis.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest medical education trends, university options, and visa procedures to provide accurate and confident answers.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree in any field is highly preferred.
- Experience: 0-3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support. (Prior experience in the study abroad, immigration, or education sector is a major plus)
