- Oversee and manage all day-to-day platform operations including course delivery, faculty coordination, student support, and administration.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams (product, tech, content) to ensure smooth execution and platform efficiency.
- Monitor performance KPIs and ensure operational excellence through reporting and process optimization.
- Revenue Generation & Growth Strategy Develop and execute business strategies to drive student acquisition, course enrollments, and overall revenue growth.
- Design and implement digital marketing and outreach campaigns to target potential learners.
- Collaborate with content creators, educators, and partners to identify high-demand career courses.
- Use data-driven approaches to optimize conversion funnels, pricing models, and retention strategies. Stakeholder & Team Management Act as a bridge between management and operations, ensuring clear alignment with company goals.
- Build and manage a team of operational executives and marketing professionals over time. Report directly to the Founders and provide regular updates on operational status and revenue KPIs.
Pay: ₹14,852.67 - ₹45,000.00 per month
