We are looking for a Software Coordinator / ERP Coordinator to manage and oversee the company’s software and ERP systems. This is a non-technical, functional role focused on coordination, user support, training, and vendor communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of company software / ERP systems
- Understand user queries and software-related issues and coordinate their resolution
- Log, track, and follow up on bugs or system issues with software vendors or support teams
- Train employees on software usage, workflows, and best practices
- Conduct onboarding and refresher training sessions for staff
- Prepare basic user guides, SOPs, and process documentation
- Generate and review software reports for management
- Monitor data accuracy and proper software usage across departments
- Coordinate with software vendors for updates, improvements, and issue resolution
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience handling ERP or business software
- Strong understanding of business software functionality (ERP, MIS, CRM, Accounting, Inventory, etc.)
- Ability to explain software processes to non-technical users
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
