1. To prepare the lost customer base of 18 months and above and convert the lost customers into prospective ROs through resolving the complaints and other grievances of the vehicle and service provided.
2. Ensure to provide Mini Service to the repairs and complaints proposed by the customer and resolve the same on the spot ensuring utmost customer satisfaction.
3. To achieve productivity and utmost utilization of the manpower and tools and focus towards customer satisfaction for retaining and expanding the customer database.
