Job Summary
Xyphramin Technologies LLP is seeking a motivated and energetic Recruiter to join our growing talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for IT and non-IT positions. The recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
The role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about recruitment, communication, and talent management, and who want to grow in the IT staffing and consulting industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment processes for IT and non-IT roles.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate interview schedules, feedback collection, and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
- Understand US staffing processes, visa types, and work authorizations (preferred for US IT Recruitment roles).
- Prepare daily and weekly recruitment reports.
- Assist in employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Basic understanding of IT technologies and recruitment processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Dice, or Indeed is a plus.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in US IT Recruitment or Bench Sales.
- Knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
- Understanding of technical skills such as Java, Python, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data Science, etc.
- Experience working in night shifts/US shifts is an advantage.
