Job Summary:
Ganpati Homez is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to manage showroom customer interactions, ensure excellent service experience, and build long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between customers, sales team, and operations to enhance customer satisfaction and drive repeat business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and attend showroom walk-in customers professionally
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with sales/design team
- Maintain regular follow-up with leads and existing clients
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and service-related concerns effectively
- Maintain CRM database and update customer interaction records
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order processing and delivery
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and positive feedback
- Support sales team in achieving conversion and retention targets
- Build long-term relationships for repeat and referral business
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in customer relationship management / showroom handling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable personality with professional attitude
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office
- Experience in interior, furniture, real estate, or modular kitchen industry preferred
Salary:
₹2,00,000 – ₹4,00,000 per annum (Based on experience & performance)
