We are looking for a Technical Assistant to join our team and support our IT hardware and technical operations. The candidate will be responsible for installation, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and customer support for various IT products such as Mini PCs, Thin Clients, Desktop PCs, Monitors, and other hardware solutions.
The role involves providing basic hardware and software support, Windows installation, system configuration, hardware testing, networking support, and troubleshooting. The candidate may also assist the sales team with product demonstrations and technical discussions with customers.
Requirements: Basic knowledge of computer hardware, Windows operating systems, networking, and troubleshooting. Good communication and problem-solving skills are required. Freshers and candidates with 0–3 years of experience can apply. Candidates should be willing to travel to customer locations when required and have a positive attitude toward learning new technologies.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
