Strong hands-on experience with C# / .NET Core building secure Web APIs and backend services
Solid expertise in Angular (TypeScript, modular architecture, modern UI practices)
Proven experience with SQL including views, stored procedures, functions, and performance tuning
Working knowledge of LINQ, PL/SQL, and Oracle Database for efficient data access
Experience with microservices architecture and clean coding principles
Familiarity with Microsoft technologies and modern development ecosystems
Minimum 3+ years’ experience in software development and technical support roles
Strong skills in troubleshooting and customer-facing technical support
Experience using ticketing systems to track and resolve issues
Ability to support software deployments, configuration, and updates in UAT and production
Participation in design reviews and code reviews
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Diploma, BCA/B.Tech, or equivalent professional experience
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and meet SLA-driven environments
