About the Role:
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Tele Sales Executive to join our growing EdTech team. This role involves engaging with potential customers over calls, explaining our educational products, and converting leads into successful enrollments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents
- Explain product features, benefits, and course offerings clearly
- Follow up on leads and maintain a consistent pipeline
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and conversions
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally
Requirements:
- Prior experience in tele sales, inside sales, or EdTech sales preferred
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable speaking in English and Malayalam
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM tools, spreadsheets, etc.)
- Target-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
Preferred Candidate:
- Candidates with proven sales experience will be given priority
- Experience in EdTech or educational counseling is a strong advantage
