- Operate, monitor, and maintain BMS systems for HVAC, electrical, lighting, fire, and energy systems
- Generate daily reports including: System health and alarms, Equipment status and runtime hours, Faults, breakdowns, and corrective actions taken and Handover notes for the next shift
- Troubleshoot BMS issues and coordinate with maintenance teams for resolution
- Perform preventive maintenance checks and system inspections
- Ensure compliance with safety, operational, and quality standards
- Support audits, inspections, and management reporting requirements
