The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for managing and supervising all housekeeping operations to ensure a clean, hygienic, and well-maintained environment. The role involves overseeing housekeeping staff, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, ensuring client satisfaction, and managing inventory and compliance with safety standards.
Housekeeping outer areas, Estate Management, Managing Roads, Footpaths, Grills etc..
- Supervise and manage housekeeping staff and supervisors.
- Prepare and manage daily/weekly cleaning schedules and task allocations.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
- Coordinate with the maintenance and facility teams for repair and upkeep.
- Manage housekeeping inventory, consumables, and equipment; monitor usage and control wastage.
- Train and motivate staff on cleaning techniques, equipment handling, and safety practices.
- Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety regulations
