Job Description: ORM Executive As an ORM Executive, you will be responsible for monitoring, managing, and improving the online reputation of brands and individuals across digital platforms.
● Monitor brand mentions, reviews, comments, and conversations across social media, review platforms, forums, and search results
● Respond to online queries, reviews, and feedback in a timely and professional manner
● Identify potential reputation risks and escalate issues when required
● Coordinate with internal teams for accurate responses and issue resolution
● Track sentiment, prepare ORM reports, and share actionable insights
● Support reputation-building campaigns through positive content, engagement, and review management
● Stay updated with digital trends, platform policies, and competitor activity
